The rules

1. Anybody can nominate a green website in any category using our online form. There is no limit to the number of nominations a website can receive.

2. Once nominations have closed, sites will be shortlisted based on the number of nominations received, and relevant criteria in each category.

3. The judges will choose a shortlist in each category. The judges decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

4. A public vote will take place on the shortlisted sites and the winners will be chosen based on the number of votes received.

5. We respect your right to privacy. We never make your e-mail address available to any other company or organisation without your permission.

6. Access and use of the Green Web Awards website and its content is open to everyone.

7. The Green Web Awards makes no representations or warranties for the accuracy, correctness or reliability of the content of any website nominated.

8. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms which are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English Law.
