It seems to be summer in the middle of October and the economy is crumbling round our ears. But there is some good stuff going on, if you look closely. Here’s three excellent things that make us happy here at Nigel’s Eco Store:

Yes, I know they still aren’t including aviation and shipping in that - but just look how far we’ve come.

You have to love a good underdog (undersquirrel?) story. The beleaguered yet beloved red squirrel comes back fighting from the grey squirrel pox that has been wiping it out.

The wombat tells it how it is
