Hummer? Bummer…

I’m wrong to find this amusing, aren’t I?

Have you ever seen that MTV show, Pimp My Ride? Apparently there’s a rash of eco-vandals going round “pimping” Hummers in the US. In Washington DC two owners of the weighty gas guzzlers, actually designed for battle-field use but also apparently perfect for shopping, have returned home to find their vehicles trashed with baseball bats. The results are making national news.

Hummers do between 10-12 miles to the gallon, but I suspect there’s a better way of getting the point across.
