Is wood hygienic?Wooden chopping boards are actually safer than plastic surfaces. Bacteria are less likely to survive on wooden surfaces, as the natural enzymes which protect the tree during its life also help to combat bacteria on the surface of the board.
Caring for your chopping boardTo clean your board, wipe with with a damp cloth, then treat with a little olive oil. This will replace the natural oils in the wood which are reduced over time.
It's not advisable to put your board in the dishwasher, and never leave it soaking in water.

How We Send Things
We send all orders by Royal Mail, or by courier if it's heavy. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday, couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5.30pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
Please be aware that during our sales or promotions, or when there are circumstances beyond our control such as when there's snow on the roads, delivery may take longer.
