Mainland UK* orders over £50 qualify for FREE Standard Delivery
If you're spending over £50 and would rather have it more quickly than Standard Delivery (3 to 5 day service), choose Express Delivery - see below for usual prices:

Standard delivery
If your item is in stock, we will send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by TNT, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
Standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days to reach you.
Express Delivery
We will do our best to send out your order within 1 day. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent Royal Mail first class or by TNT, and should arrive within 48 hours of us sending it.
Europe and Overseas Delivery
We deliver to all EU countries and other parts of Europe. Due to issues of transport miles, we don't deliver to the USA, Far East or Australia. Postage costs to Europe vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Delivery time also varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.

Delivery Costs
For all items, delivery costs vary depending on what you order, how much it weighs, and the service chosen (ie standard or express - see below), subject to a maximum of £9.95 inland, or more for overseas deliveries.
Re-delivery
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us for a reason within your control, (such as no one was in to take delivery) a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
If such undelivered orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery and return charges deducted from the refund amount.
How Green is our Delivery Service?
Our aim is to keep the carbon footprint of our deliveries to you as low as possible. Currently we send goods out using a mix of Royal Mail and TNT.
Royal Mail is still one of the greenest option for deliveries. They continue to put environmental issues at the top of their business agenda, have a clear environmental policy and targets for reducing CO2 emissions. Read more about that here.
Whilst as a company TNT consistently top the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index; for example 100% of TNT's electricity supply at their 70 UK locations comes from wind and hydro-electric power sources. Read more here.
