The Acorn Urn is designed to contain the ashes after a cremation.

Produced to regulation size, the Acorn Urn is strong and durable - made from compressed newspaper, and hand-finished, they are a beautiful and ethical way of keeping your loved one's ashes.

The Acorn Urn will last indefinitely in a dry environment, and only degrades if it gets wet or if you put it in the ground.

The base is hand finished with moss green coloured paper made from recycled silk and mulberry leaves and the stalk of the lid is made from a twist of recycled paper.

(Compare them to the plastic urns that many crematoriums offer.)
