How to use your Fire Striker

Make sure the side of the scraper marked 'Up' is facing you as you hold the fire steel

Hold the scraper and the steel so they are facing away from you

Hold the scraper at a 45 degree angle to the steel, and place in the 'nock'

With a firm and rapid action, scrape away from you

You will produce a very hot ( 3000°C) spark, so be careful!
