Log size: approx. 50cm long x 10-15cm diameter. You'll be able to harvest your first batch of mushrooms in around 9 months, depending on the time of year planted and weather conditions. Will yield around 2-3 harvests per year.

Treat your mushroom log in the same way as a plant which preferns shade and moist conditions. Do not keep it in the sun or allow it to dry out.
Choose from three varieties:
- Shitake- A favourite with chefs all over the world due to the rich, smoky taste and meaty texture
- Oyster - A popular mushroom being used in restaurants and hotels. Also gaining recognition for beneficial health giving properties
- Winter mushrooms - This small brightly coloured mushroom is surprisingly flavoursome. Perfect for soup, gravy and omelettes.
Logs come from woodland restoration projects in Sussex.

How We Send Things
We send all orders by Royal Mail, or by courier if it's heavy. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday, couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5.30pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
Please be aware that during our sales or promotions, or when there are circumstances beyond our control such as when there's snow on the roads, delivery may take longer.
