About the Norway Spruce

• A native species in the British Isles before the last Ice Age
• Reintroduced sometime before the 1500's
• Can grow 2-3+ feet per year their first 25 years under good conditions

Growing your tree
Please use your Christmas tree seedbom responsibly in an area suitable for tree growth i.e. lots of space and light and without the potential for damage to property. However we also recommend that you try to grow a mini ‘bonsai’ Christmas tree in a smaller garden area or in a pot, this will allow for quicker results as a fully grown Christmas tree can take many years to mature.
