What's the best temperature for my stove?You should refer to your stove manufacturer's user guide, but this guideline may help:
- 246°C (475°F) +: too hot, waste of fuel, potential damage to stove. Your stove can get this hot when first lit, but should not remain at these temperatures.
- 110°C - 246°C (230°F - 475°F): safe and most efficient operating temperature.
- 110°C (230°F) and under: too cool, fuel is not burning properly, too smokey, and risk of soot and creosote build up - increase air flow and add more fuel.

How We Send Things
We send all orders by Royal Mail, or by courier if it's heavy. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday, couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5.30pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
Please be aware that during our sales or promotions, or when there are circumstances beyond our control such as when there's snow on the roads, delivery may take longer.
