IF YOU CARE® Parchment Paper is excellent for healthy baking - it's great for biscuits, pizzas, cakes, pies, bread and casseroles. Unlike many other parchment papers which are coated with quilon - a chemical containing chrome, IF YOU CARE® Parchment Paper has been coated with silicone – a non-organic natural product – on both sides - so no extra oil or greasing is needed.

This parchment paper is very eco friendly and will not affect the taste of baked goods in the oven or the microwave.

Quilon is a chemical containing chrome – a heavy metal – which when incinerated becomes toxic and leaves trace elements. The majority of parchment papers are quilon-coated due to its cheaper cost.

A silicone-coated paper is not only better for the environment, it is also the choice of professionals as it can be reused several times.
