The Oak is a mighty tree that will grow for hundreds of years and would make an excellent gift for an important person in your life.
Oak tree supplied is 20-50cm tall.
- The Oak is a hardwood, and is deciduous, which means that it loses its leaves in the autumn.
- Large branches of this English Oak tree rise from a short trunk to form a massive crown - rising to 115ft (35m).
- The leaves of the Oak tree are alternate and almost stalkless with small "ears" at the base of the leaf and four or five lobes on each side.
- Acorns start growing after 20 years and often grow in pairs on long stalks (distinguishing it from the Sessile Oak).
- Oak trees have been used for ship building for centuries with high quality furniture still using the strong wood of the English Oak today.

How We Send Things
We send all orders by Royal Mail, or by courier if it's heavy. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday, couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5.30pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
Please be aware that during our sales or promotions, or when there are circumstances beyond our control such as when there's snow on the roads, delivery may take longer.
