This refill pack contains 270 grams of EcoBalls wash system pellets that can refill EcoBalls units or can just be used to top up your EcoBalls units when required.
Instructions- To use these refills you must have a set of 3 EcoBalls units - these refills must not be used on their own without the EcoBalls units.
- Open each EcoBall by first removing the sponge ring and the screw from the centre of the unit, you can then unscrew the two halves of the EcoBall.
- If the unit is difficult to open, tap the rim against a hard surface and try again.
- Make sure that the units are tightly put back together after you have refilled them.
- EcoBalls wash system refill pellets (270g) will last up to 750 washes based on a 30 minute wash cycle.

How We Send Things
We send all orders by Royal Mail, or by courier if it's heavy. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday, couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5.30pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
Please be aware that during our sales or promotions, or when there are circumstances beyond our control such as when there's snow on the roads, delivery may take longer.
European Delivery is available to selected countries.
